Terms of Use

A directory and aggregator of radio stations that broadcast online. We organise public information about stations and provide a player that points to the stream each station maintains. We do not host, do not rebroadcast and do not alter the audio — the broadcast is the station’s responsibility and may go offline or change without notice.

The programming, the music and the brand of each station belong to the station or its licensors, and paying royalties and neighbouring rights is the station’s obligation. The station answers for what it broadcasts. If you hold rights and believe something published here infringes them, write to [email protected] and we will remove or correct it.

We create station profiles from public information so that listeners can find them. The person responsible for the station may, at any time:

• claim the profile and start managing it, at no cost;
• request correction of the data displayed;
• request removal of the profile and the stream from our directory.

We invite stations by email and ask for an “OK” in reply. That “OK” is only a non-exclusive, free and revocable display licence, by which the station agrees that we may:

• display the station’s name, logo, city, country, frequency and public contact details in the directory;
• point the player to the public stream address, without storing or modifying the audio;
• include the station in the search, the map and the listings of the website and the app.

The “OK” does not transfer or license any rights over the station’s signal, brand, name or content; it creates no exclusivity; it does not allow inserting, overlaying or removing audio from the programming; and it implies no cost, present or future, for being listed. Being in the directory is and will remain free for the station. Paid features, where they exist, are optional and contracted separately (section 6).

The authorisation may be revoked at any time, with no need to give a reason: simply reply STOP to any email of ours or use the privacy centre. We comply without asking for anything in return.

The account is personal and you are responsible for what happens in it — keep your password secret and let us know of any misuse. You can delete it whenever you want at delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

Comments and other user content are moderated; we may remove anything that breaks these rules.

• Do not publish illegal, offensive or discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to circumvent, overload or scrape the Services automatically without authorisation.
• Do not impersonate another person or station.

Paid features (such as the business subscription and advertising campaigns) have prices and conditions stated at the time of purchase. Purchases made inside the apps also follow Google Play and App Store rules, including cancellation and refunds. You can cancel renewal at any time in the corresponding store.

We do our best to keep the Services running, but they are offered “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation — not least because we depend on third-party streams. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms; relevant changes will be signalled by the “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means agreement with the version in force.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code and the Internet Civil Framework, in the consumer’s home jurisdiction where applicable. Contact us at [email protected].
